Townhomes and condos in Grand County showed almost 30% gain in average price in September 2022 compared to September 2021, continuing the increasing trend in prices, currently sitting at $662,649 for the average price. At the same time the number of closed sales dropped by -30.6%, from 49 to 34, and inventory sharply decreased by -28.8%. to 89 units.

Single family homes in Grand County also continued to increase in price; 7.3% YOY, now topping the $1M mark at $1,018,306. The number of sales was flat YOY at 66 units, and inventory increased from 148 homes in September 2021 to 181 available units in September 2022.
