Park County continues to not show extremes in prices YOY, with an average price of $521,208 in September 2022, representing a 1.6% increase YOY. Number of sales fell from 41 to 23 YOY, or -43.9%, while inventory showed an increase of 12% signaling that even though number of sales dropped a lot it doesn’t mean we have all that sitting as extra inventory.
