Park county homes continued to appreciate in price at +9.5% YOY but similarly to November’s statistics, the number of closed sales has dropped by two-thirds and inventory is up about 122%. Some of this inventory is attractively priced new construction and I believe that Park County continues to be a good option for those looking for a lower price point and in many cases, more land and privacy.
