Winter Park, Fraser, Granby Ranch and other parts of Grand County are seeing a large boom in new construction projects. While Summit and Eagle Counties have had a few new projects in the past couple of years (some that still have availability), I’m seeing it on a much larger scale in Winter Park and other Grand County towns, which also happen to have less strict short term rental regulations in many cases.
