Single family homes in Summit County saw an increase in average price of 13.2% YOY coming in at $2,010,749, compared to $1,776,604 in June 2021 and $2,260,441 in May 2022. The number of closed sales dropped by 38% and inventory increased by 60% YOY, signaling that buyers of single family homes have more choices than a year ago.

Attached homes showed a similar trend for June as single family homes did, with average price increasing by 19%, going from $684,635 in June 2021 to $816,195 in June 2022 and $871,232 a month prior in May 2022. The number of closed sales dropped drastically from 139 to 73 and inventory increased from 310 from 364 YOY.
