Park County had a similar increase in average price to what we’ve been seeing in surrounding communities, with a 13% increase YOY, getting the average price to $608,230. It also saw 55% fewer sales than a year ago down to 10 from 22 and inventory almost doubled from 59 units in June 2021 to 113 in June 2022. For buyers that are either trying to avoid Summit County prices, or wanting to escape the city, Park County offers many areas and good inventory to choose from, at reasonable prices.
