Bluebird Market in Silverthorne opened a few months ago, and I finally had a chance to try it recently.

It’s a food hall with a few different food vendors as well as the Old Dillon Inn, which Bluebird Market was built around – pretty cool!

I tried Tilford’s Wood Fired Pizza and sat at the bar during lunch – the margarita pizza with fresh basil and balsamic drizzle was absolutely amazing, and the drink menu looked great as well. Bluebird Market has a total of 11 vendors and a lot of space to sit down, including a second level with arcade games. In addition to Tilford’s there’s Don’t Call me Charlie’s Ice Cream, Mighty Bar, Baja Chimayo, Colorado Marketplace and Bakery, Hook and Harvest, The Mighty Colorado Burger, Crepes a la Cart, Lucky Bird, Nomad Coffee House, and Lazo Empanadas, so everybody should find something that satisfies their craving.

I can’t wait to come back and try different vendors!
