Park county is experiencing a slow down in the market with 25% fewer sales closed in September 2023 than in September 2022, and at the same time inventory is up 22.6%. However, prices are holding and increased by 8% YOY.

Park County rebounded in average sales price in May, growing 8.7% YOY, sitting at $701,415 in May 2023. Closed sales went from 21 a year ago to 13 this year. The inventory levels are pretty flat, going from 76 to 77 YOY.
