Park County showed a bit of an appreciation YoY in September, but in October things turned and are closer to the rest of the market with an almost 15% depreciation in the average price, or $506,179 (compared to $594,681 in Oct 2021 and $521,208 in September 2022).
Closed sales also decreased to the tune of -25%, with 33 units sold in October, and a large inventory gain of 44%, but I know some of that is newly released new construction that has not been completed (or in some cases even started yet).
