Townhomes and condos in Grand County had almost 20% gain in average price in July compared to July 2021 showing a continuously increasing trend in prices, although at a slower rate than in June. At the same time the number of closed sales dropped by -47.1% and inventory increased by 2.9%.

Single family homes in Grand County also continued to increase in price; 14.9% YOY, which is a big change from the 57% gain in June. The number of sales fell by over 50% coming in at 32 homes in July, with an inventory of 190 homes, which is a 24.2% increase YOY and an increase of 20 units since June.
