While April saw very minimal increase in prices YOY, May is back to double-digit growth in price.

What I do find interesting is that the price of condos and townhomes increased MoM, but it decreased from April to May for single family homes.

It tracks with how many price reductions notifications I’m getting for single family homes in Boulder, while at the same time seeing increased inventory, signaling a purchase opportunity for some buyers.
