The market for townhomes and condos was pretty stable YOY in Summit county, with average price increasing by 6.4% between September 2022 and September 2023, the number of closed sales increasing from 99 to 100, and inventory dipping -1.7%

Prices increased for single family homes as well; but 4.4%, but there was a large decrease in units sold of almost -19%, and inventory decreased by -5.4% YOY in September.
