Condos and single family homes in Grand County saw a -8.7% decrease in average sales prices YOY in September, while closings remained the same at 37 units and inventory increased by 5.6%

The single family home market looked quite different with average price increasing by 13.9%, closings dropping by 32.4% and inventory increasing by 1.5%
