Teller County September 2023 Market Update

Teller county had a 16% increase in average sales price compared to August 2022. At the same time the number of closed sales decreased by almost 17% and inventory increased by 14.2%. This should help buyers having more to chose from, and in some cases be able to get seller concessions to buy down the interest rate.

While Teller county mostly has single family homes, there are a few attached properties. The data sample is small, but it shows August’s prices lowering -18.1% YOY, the number of closed sales -28.6%, and inventory was up from 15 to 18 properties.
