
Single family homes in Summit County appreciated by 20.9% YOY in August, and were similar to July 2023 prices. The number of closed sales dropped from 49 to 45 in August, compared to a year prior, but was up from 27 sales in July. The decreasing inventory trend continued, this time down -13.4% YOY.

After dipping slightly in July, average prices for condos and townhomes increased by 4.9% YOY for August. Both the number of closed sales and inventory of homes decreased; by -13% and -11.2% respectively.
