Vail Valley July 2023 Market Update

New Listings were down 3.9 percent for the Single Family-Duplex category and 10.0 percent for the Townhouse-Condo category. Pending Sales increased 72.5 percent for Single Family-Duplex and 22.7 percent for Townhouse-Condo.

The Median Sales Price was up 2.5 percent to $1,350,000 for the Single Family-Duplex category but decreased 6.8 percent to $982,500 for the Townhouse-Condo category. Days on Market increased 427.3 percent for Single Family-Duplex homes and 146.2 percent for Townhouse-Condo properties.
