Teller county’s single family homes increased in average sales price by over 10% YOY for June, coming in at $588,714 this year. The number of closed sales increased slightly from 74 to 76, and inventory increased by 11.7%.

Teller county has few townhomes and condos and closed sales went from 3 in June 2022 to 5 in June 2023, while the price decreased -19.6% from $359,333 to 288,980. However, more inventory of attached home has come on the market; 20 vs. 11 a year ago.
