Summit County’s average sales price increased by 4.7% from June 2022 to June 2023, coming in at $837,995. At the same time, volume decreased with number of closed sales down -31.2% and inventory down by -3.5%

The average sales price of single family homes dropped from $2,018,312 in June 2022 to $1,941,454 in June 2023. There were 35% fewer sales YOY with 26 single family homes closing in June and inventory dropped by just over 10%, although that only represents a difference of one listing YOY.
