Condos and townhomes in Grand County showed a decrease across all categories for June 2023. Average sales price was down to $608,340; a -15.7% change YOY. The number of closed sales dropped from 35 in June 2022 to 31 this year, and inventory was -4.8% lower.

Single family homes had an even larger drop in price; -26.5% YOY from $1,154,800 a year ago to $849,035 in June 2023, and the number of closed sales went from 53 to 34 or a -35.8% change. At the same time, inventory was up 23.2% YOY. All are good indicators for buyers.
