
Single family homes in Boulder County held pretty steady in price with a slight decline of -2.4% for the average sales price for the month of June. Closed sales dropped by -11.1% YOY and there was a slight increase in inventory of +2.8%, unlike many other places in the metro area that showed a larger jump in inventory.

Condos and townhomes in Boulder County showed larger changes in all major categories than single family homes did in June. The average price decreased by over 21% from June 2022 to June 2023, and the number of closed sales dipped by -28.5% during the same time period. Inventory is up by 15.2%. Combined, these are all great indicators for buyers having more options and time to find the right property.
