Single family homes in Summit County saw a price decline of -15.9% YOY in May with the average price coming in at $1,863,976. We also continued to see fewer closings, which were down almost 45% from May 2022, but inventory was pretty flat – changing from 115 properties in May of 2022 to 114 available properties in May 2023.

Condos and townhomes in Summit County had less of a change YOY in May, with average prices decreasing -1.2% to $858,036, and number of sold units increasing from 74 to 76. Inventory increased by 5.1% with 312 attached units being available in May 2023.
