Grand County saw a -13.9% decrease in the prices of single family homes from a year ago, still crossing $1M at $1,094,706. Similar to surrounding mountain communities closed sales are down for single family homes (-39%) and inventory is up (+37.3%) from May 2022.

Condos and townhomes in Grand County didn’t follow the same trend as Summit and Eagle counties with decreases across the board. Average price was down -16.4% from May 2022 coming in at $555,399 in May of this year. The number of sales is also down in this category by -32.7%, and inventory is down -14%, but new construction being built is still robust.
